Hello, dear RMSE author!
First, if you're worried, don't be. These are all fandoms and ships I love, and I tend to like my fic in a variety of styles and shades and takes, from funny and sweet to darker and angsty to horror. As long as the end isn't hopeless and miserable, I will like it. So if you'd rather do your own thing, go ahead and do that. Just avoid my DNWs and you're fine. :) I promise.
My sign-up was a bit brief due to a schedule that kept me away from my keyboard for a few days. If whatever was there felt a bit too brief for you, here you'll find more general likes and random things I like about the ships.

Time travel tropes of any kind in canons where it happens or is plausible: Groundhog day, traveling to the past/future and getting (temporarily) stuck there, time moving slower/faster than it does for others in a certain space, messages through time, altering history or future
First times (touches, dates, kisses, sex, arguments, anything first really)
Porn with feelings (friends: being able to express how they feel, enemies/rivals: realizing that oh no, it's more than simple lust)
PORN LIKES: Anything vanilla is always ok, but also blindfolds, a bit of tying up or holding wrists, teasing and mild painplay (except genitalia, please). Everything from frottage to handjobs to penetration, or just coming before they even really begin. Not big on intercrural but I don't dislike it. Fine with rimming. Condoms optional. In m/m, lube or anything to replace it not optional. :D
Unless specified I'm fine with either one being the top/bottom. I prefer touching and random interjections and pleads to long conversations during sex, and I'd like you to keep pet names like baby or honey to the absolute minimum (unless they're canonical).
OTHER FIC-RELATED INFO: I'm fine with any rating, from G to NC-17, and this goes for both sexual content and violence. I tend to prefer 3rd person POV, but 1st and 2nd person POVs aren't a problem if you feel the fic needs to be that way. Any tense goes. So basically, don't feel too restrained by stylistic choices. These two are my favourite ships even when they are so different, and I'd be thrilled to get anything you can think of.
Garibaldi/Bester: I love this antagonistic ship with its deliciously creepy history. I'd love anything from a missing scene during canon to a full canon divergence take on an event, or something post-canon that we don't get to see on screen. I'm fine with either one getting the upper hand so don't let that stop you. As long as it doesn't end in absolute misery for either one it's great.
I love the way these two opposites play off of each other, both with a snarky sense of humour and not afraid to show open hostility towards each other. They're both on their own missions, they both think their way is the right way, and we see the results on the show.I'd love something taking place during the time Bester has a hold of Garibaldi. One of their mind games. A brief encounter where they're forced to work together through all the sneering and dislike and, because hey shippiness, attraction. As long as you make it a mutual thing they both want, even when it might start out in a bit of a questionable way, I'll take it. They can hate themselves after, or not, but I need the emotional connection to exist.
Or if you've read the Bester trilogy, I'd also love anything taking place during the time Garibaldi's after Bester. But I understand that while the books have been deemed canon by JMS himself, you're 100% free to ignore them even existing. I'm just throwing it out there in case you know them and want to play with them. There's so much good stuff about young Bester there, but also his actual fate, and I love those books. But I can turn that canon off, too, if it's in the way of a plot, so no problem.
Garibaldi/Sinclair: I love their friendship and history and how they're there for each other. Maybe something pre-canon, a shared moment from when they were younger? Or something related to Sinclair's fate? I feel like (more) time travel could be a great device to use here.
Maybe one time Sinclair was there for Garibaldi, or vice versa. One of their happier moments when they hang out without having to think about work. Anything related to their departure when Sinclair went to fulfill his fate as Valen. More time travel, whether it's Garibaldi going into the past (or any other point in their lifetimes) or just having a communication link open between them. Or Jeffrey does the travelling, I don't know. I'm so open to any fic that I can't even come up with what I could want. :D You know, besides "anything!" which can sometimes be anything but inspiring and helpful. Sorry?
Note: Bester and his gloves. Ffff. I've always been incredibly attracted to them, and I don't even know why. Much like with Laszlo in the Alienist (a fandom which I sadly couldn't fit here, agh), I'm fascinated by the way Bester is unable to use the hand, and I want to give it all the attention and care because of that. Because I'm weird like that.

Whoever keeps nomming this, I love you. And as long as this exists I will request it. Even after all these years I still think fondly of this crew and all the adventures we never got to see. I'd take anything, any unexciting day in the life, or an alien encounter, or a diplomatic conflict or random space exploration or anything, really. If telepathy is included in any way, excellent. Maybe a bizarre incident where David is suddenly vaguely telepathic (whether due to a device or a drug or he's just a very latent late bloomer) and Dulann teaches him to deal with it.
Or you could take any scifi show trope and explore that with this crew. Also, I'm not usually into crossovers, but I feel I could actually like these guys running into other crews and groups out there. :) Whether it's something Star Trek or Stargate, or Dark Matter, or even The Orville or USS Callister from Black Mirror.

I'd love something pre-canon for Anders and/or Six (but definitely eager to get something either during or post-canon, there's no preference here). I'd pay actual money to get to hang out with Kierken while he tries to catch Three. And Three, well, anything where he has to admit that he actually cares is lovely. Whether it's with a friend or a foe or someone who's a bit of both.
I might be perfectly satisfied with what's out there already but I will never say no to more Three and his snarky dalliances with other men! I miss having his damn face on my screen, narrowing his eyes at people he claims to not even like but will defend when the time comes because hey, they are on the same side. I miss his big heart he tries to hide. I miss all the adventures we'll never have, all the troubles he'll get himself into (kidnapped, marooned, infected with goo, touched the thing he was told repeatedly not to touch), all the guns he'll secretly fondle when no one's looking (ok, not like that, but I do love him with his weapons).
And I miss One, still, bitterly. It just wasn't a good way to get rid of him at all. Any chance of getting him back would be wonderful, whether it's a fix-it or an alternate version #5. Maybe there's an android built to his image, or he exists in a similar manner to Sarah, or I don't know, anything!
I want Six and Three to be friends and trust each other again, fully. I want them to get there. Please? Maybe there's a near death experience and Six saves Three and he's a bit bitter about it but also grateful. Or Three has to save Six and finds himself caring more than he thought he would.
We got so little of Anders and I always wanted more. I ship him with both Three and Six, and I'd even love him all on his own. Maybe something that involves his job and what he does, whether it's boring af or in the field being undercover. Or drag me to his living room where he's getting drunk on his own and feeling miserable, I don't know. :D I'd be happy with anything.
Same with Kierken, really. I just want more of him and his life, even without Three around (sorry, Three :D), but with Three involved it's perfect. I'm all for miraculous escapes and fix-its and everybody lives, so don't let a tiny thing like canon stop you. Or is there an alternate version Raza and/or Three could bump into?

Brothers being rivals and fighting and then making up? Sign me up for more of that. :D I'm open to just about anything with this ship as long as it doesn't end miserably for both.
This was such a short sign-up, sorry! But I'm open to anything that has these two involved. Something post-canon would be perfect, but if you already have an idea for a missing scene or an alternate take during canon? I'd read it. I was drawn to them not only because they're brothers (though that always helps because I have A Pattern) but because there's conflict and clashing, and I want them to make up and be a family because they deserve one. And then there's an end that makes me think it's not impossible at all that they could be on the same side.
THE ORVILLE
Ed Mercer/Gordon Malloy
Would love anything from pre-canon, pre-marriage, pre-divorce era to something more current. I just love friendship ships. ♥ It could be anything from drunken bets gone horribly wrong to a serious conversation about what they want from life, and I'd like it equally.
One of the reasons I love this show so much is that it can always go either funny or serious, and you never quite know. You could get a flirty and mellow alien, or someone ingests bits of another alien for a joke, or you're facing fullblown genocide. So your fic could be either, or neither, or a mix. Your choice.
For this ship, I'd love anything, from their early friendship years (Drunken bar nights? Lost bets? Pre-wedding angsting from Gordon's side or post-divorce comfort?) to working together on The Orville. Would also love any mission gone wrong fic, whether it's humorous and silly like sharing a prison cell and bickering and coming up with stupid ways to let their imprisoners free them, or something more serious with their lives at stake. Or, there hasn't been a virtual reality/alien hallucinatory mindfuck episode yet, but I'd love to see one.
I'd also love your own take on the S2 ending. An alternate ending, your own interpretation of what happened or what should have happened, a whole different timeline we never got but could get. Several timelines, even, with one or both of them seeing how things could have gone if they'd done B instead of A.

This hits all my friends to lovers buttons, gah, yes please can I have it now? One or their hunting trips from earlier years, this new bond they're forming, anything's good. I'm perfectly fine with dark undertones coming from Alex's war experiences, so don't feel like it needs to be lighthearted. Though lighthearted guy bonding is also wonderful. Tbh, I'd welcome anything with this ship.
It's canon that they didn't always get along. Anything but. I'd love to read your take on why that was, maybe from Kyle's side of things. Or something pre-war could also be interesting, with a different Alex. I feel a little uninspiring for having very few prompts to give here, but it's mostly because I would love to read anything.
STAR TREK: DISCOVERY

I want more Pike! And I want more Ash. I'm so worried we won't be getting either in the future canon, so please fix that somehow, maybe? The few brief encounters between these two got me wanting more of them having to work together.
To be honest, I'm not terribly picky with this. I just like the idea a lot. :D There's mistrust, there's Section 31, there's two ultimately good guys who should theoretically become great friends but it's not that easy when one is a murderous ex-Klingon. But surely they can become something, given time? Something forcing them to work together would be one solution. Saving another's life has also been a good way to prove you're not that bad.
