Oh, you want some prompts or thoughts? Augh. I hate requesting things for the first time! D: How am I going to explain and describe what I love about them and give prompts without using approximately two months to do it? This'll have to be brief, but rest assured, if you're even in the vicinity of what I say I like, you have nothing to worry about.

I'm here for all the ways they could end up together. Maybe Adam told a white lie about it feeling like kissing a brother because he wanted Chris to not feel awkward, or maybe he freaked out that this could be a thing and he wasn't ready. Maybe Adam's dating others and things seem to go well, except Chris is having trouble accepting his dates, and it takes a while for him to figure out why? Or maybe it's Nick or Ortu who sees it all and just asks if he's in love with Adam now? Or Chris is secretly testing things and hooking up with guys he finds on Grindr (or Tinder), but whoops, Adam shows up where he's on a date and he needs to explain what's happening? Or Adam's heartbroken over a break-up and tries to kiss Chris again, but Chris doesn't stop him?
Basically, I just want them to end up together, whether they take a short route or a longer one. Canon divergence, post-canon, both are great.

God, this show. <3 It's one of those rare ones that feels like it's written specifically for me because it hits so many buttons it's kind of eerie. I love everything about this thing! It's got time travel and sci-fi, but it's also historical, and it's got so many likeable characters I have a hard time pointing out a character (main or minor, good guy or bad guy) I don't like at least in some way. And the character storylines, they've got details and beats that work perfectly just the way they are. I just, I love it all so damn much. <3 I think the only negative thing I can come up with is that it wasn't 34 episodes longer because I wanted more of everything. :D But at the same time, I got enough to not feel dissatisfied. So good.
So of course I would really love more of these two, any timeline, any point in time, with any of these tags as inspiration, as long as the ending's not completely bleak and miserable. I love Hillinghead's self discovery and the struggle when he's already married (and seems mostly happy too), the divided loyalties when there's this new thing with Ashe. I'd love him to find peace. And Ashe, he's so determined, so at ease but still struggling in a different way because of it. Hurt them, fix them, give them a great life, help them deal with a canonical death, it's all great. Keep them in their own time or find a way for them to interact with characters from the future, that's good too!
(As for how to deal with Charlotte, some hurt may be inevitable and that's ok. But ideally they'd figure out a way for all three to be happy.)
Gabriel/Iris
I was so glad to see this ship in the tag set! :D I love them and their potential and chemistry, and how it's not a ship that'll happen easily. I love Iris's shell and would love to see cracks in it. Love her dedication and drive. And I love how casual and open Gabriel seems to be, and the contrast between them, the push and pull. I would really love to see what comes next for them.
David Bouchard/Martin Ward (Bon Cop Bad Cop)

I love these two, the way their egos clash, the way they begrudgingly start to like each other, the way they influence each others' lives, the way they're totally hilarious when they're under the influence (even my inner 'just say no to drugs, any drugs' melts at the sight of their giggling). And their bilingual bickering is a never-ending source of delight.
I'd love anything that takes place during or after the movie. I've seen and enjoyed the sequel as well, and you can either ignore it completely or use parts from it as well. Completely up to you, I promise. Though I'd prefer minimal angst re: [spoilery health stuff] if at all possible.
Take anything from my likes and give it a BCBC spin. Create another crime they have to solve together. Or maybe only one of them has to solve it and handwaves a reason to get the other one involved as well. Maybe it's nothing more than a parking ticket. Maybe it's a huge conspiracy.
Margo Madison/Sergei Nikulov (For All Mankind)
Damn, this show is brutal for anyone who dares to get attached to a character. It's also one of the reasons I really enjoy it. That and the general actual history/alternate history/science fiction combo of it. It's so good! And all the characters are great.
These two! I just wanted them to have a chance. D: Please? Even a month? More if possible? Please, just fix it! They're adorable as hell. Margo is wonderful and smart and driven and awkward, and Sergei is so smitten with her, and it's such a difficult relationship to make happen and it took forever, and it was so lovely to see it.

This show is so entertaining and weird and a little spooky at times but not quite horror. And then second season made it even weirder. I'm so curious to see what comes next! What is happening, why is it happening, what is real. There's so much mystery, so many questions, and I like the weirdness of the town and forest and the creatures, and the trees and tunnels etc. It's like these people are in a dream with dream logic but it's somehow real. These are all ships I got in my head when I first started watching this, before I had any idea where it was going to end up, and I wasn't even going to it with the plan to ship anyone. But here they are. As for the mythology, please feel free to give me all the worldbuilding to go with these! I like most of the characters so anyone's free to show up. Some of my faves are Donna, Victor and Kevin.
Khatri/Boyd
So. Father Khatri. I feel like he has this strong presence, and chemistry with everyone and everything. Seriously. So I kind of ship him with everyone. <3 But to pick one, I'm so very fond of the bond these two seem to share, with the (short-ish) history, and I wish we'd gotten further with it. Please fix it somehow! Or give me something pre-canon, a missing scene, something we haven't been shown yet about these two. Some particularly rough night when they're stuck together, before talismans, trying to survive the night. Or play with the worldbuilding aspect and the mythology. S2 was very good for this ship, too (and I may have made excited noises when I saw him in that chair). :D Maybe there is a way they can still meet for real, later?

Oh, Jade. :D My headcanon is that he's very much not straight. And he's so clearly infatuated with Jim, but maybe he doesn't know why, or he knows and it pisses him off. Why else would be make a note of his blue eyes like that? He's such a fun character, annoying as hell but clearly trying when he stops to actually think. He just really doesn't know how to behave around people without coming across as a jerk. And Jim's this all around good guy, family man, which sounds a bit boring on paper but he manages to be really charming anyway (while looking annoyingly good with that hair and stubble, goddammit). I really enjoy the moments between him and Jim when they try out the radio, and Jim gets worried and goes to him when he has that attack. They're just very intense towards each other and it's great. :D I want more of that, either season or later.
Bob Armstrong/Bob Barnard (Insatiable TV)
I've requested this before (Yuletide 2018) so there are some shippy and gen thoughts there you could use, but they're S1 thoughts and also several years old, so they're not fully accurate anymore.
Basically, I loved where this ship was heading but I wasn't happy where it went. I just want it fixed, made better, and happier. Please? Canon divergence all the way! Or any other way you can get them together. My heart needs it.
Keiko Miura/William "Bill" J. Randa/Leland "Lee" Shaw (Monarch)
I don't often think of poly ships but this ship just makes so much sense, and I'm so glad to see it in the tag set! :D I love all the individual pairings in it so you can lean into any of them and I wouldn't be upset at all. But the combination brings them all into a nice balance. <3
I just want to see them all come to the same conclusion that actually, they're into those other two and that's okay, and maybe they can make it work. I'm not into negotiations as such, but more like... them realizing that there's all kinds of attraction and pining and they could potentially make it a whole thing, and taking that first step. Could be an adrenaline rush thing post-survival that forces them to admit to their feelings, or accidentally showing them. I adore it when where there's that moment of 'oh shit, I went too far, how the hell do I undo this' and it's met with mutual feelings. I feel like it would be perfect for these three.

I love the idea that they had something (very innocent, considering they're being watched) when they were both still severed, but now Mark is unaware of any of it and Petey has to try and deal with it. How does he tell Mark? They don't know each other outside workplace but I'd be open to a situation where they have actually met before, maybe even more than met, and it's just that Mark doesn't remember Petey's face anymore, or the concept of him (apart from something that still lingers) for whatever reason. I'd definitely love Petey staying alive, some way.
Irving/Burt
They're so sweet. I'm especially fond of Irv who's so eager to see this new friend of his, like he's suddenly come alive after a long hibernation, and I'm all for him finding a way to (re)connect with Burt. Honestly, I'm good with any combo of innie and outie with this one, they're all fascinating options. Innie!Irv already likes innie!Burt and vice versa, but how does it go with innie!Irv and outie!Burt? Or have their outies met already, and how? What does outie!Burt do when innie!Irv turns into outie!Irv (and how would that even happen?)?
Keras/John Sheppard (Stargate Atlantis)
I can't believe this ship even exists in this tag set. How? Who did this?!
I just love this kid, okay? :D And I'm very into the potential this ship has post-episode. All the further visits, or maybe Keras comes to Atlantis. Or maybe something happens during the episode, a missing scene, I'm not picky at all. I like how Keras is the younger one but because of their way of living, in some ways he's more mature than John. Yet in many ways he's definitely sheltered and inexperienced. I'd love to see him getting to experience everything now, with John there.
Sheriff Jake/Silva (Strange Way Of Life)

This short film, while it's nice enough as it is, feels like the prologue to something bigger, so by the time it ends I'm left wanting more. I'd love something post-canon where they come to terms with what they are and what they might have and what they might be. It doesn't have to be pretty, I just want it to be.
I'm also a bit salty about the fact that all the steamy, hungry kissing happens with the younger actors, which feels like a lost opportunity. Come on, you have one Ethan Hawke and one Pedro Pascal at your disposal. You should know better what to do with that! (But also, I do enjoy the neck kiss & implications a lot, so you did something right.) So I do prefer them to be middle-aged rather than young, if I get to choose. But referencing something from their past or a scene set in the past to show their history are definitely welcome, don't worry.

I just want these people to have all the good things and be happy. <3 This entire world and concept is fascinating and I'd love anything that touches on the worldbuilding aspects, but I'm also happy for any brief moment of happiness (or, you know, creepiness :D) between the ships.
Mark/Peter
I love the idea that they had something (very innocent, considering they're being watched) when they were both still severed, but now Mark is unaware of any of it and Petey has to try and deal with it. How does he tell Mark? They don't know each other outside workplace but I'd be open to a situation where they have actually met before, maybe even more than met, and it's just that Mark doesn't remember Petey's face anymore, or the concept of him (apart from something that still lingers) for whatever reason. I'd definitely love Petey staying alive, some way.
Irving/Burt
They're so sweet. I'm especially fond of Irv who's so eager to see this new friend of his, like he's suddenly come alive after a long hibernation, and I'm all for him finding a way to (re)connect with Burt. Honestly, I'm good with any combo of innie and outie with this one, they're all fascinating options. Innie!Irv already likes innie!Burt and vice versa, but how does it go with innie!Irv and outie!Burt? Or have their outies met already, and how? What does outie!Burt do when innie!Irv turns into outie!Irv (and how would that even happen?)?
Stargate Atlantis
Keras/John Sheppard (Stargate Atlantis)
I can't believe this ship even exists in this tag set. How? Who did this?!
I just love this kid, okay? :D And I'm very into the potential this ship has post-episode. All the further visits, or maybe Keras comes to Atlantis. Or maybe something happens during the episode, a missing scene, I'm not picky at all. I like how Keras is the younger one but because of their way of living, in some ways he's more mature than John. Yet in many ways he's definitely sheltered and inexperienced. I'd love to see him getting to experience everything now, with John there.
Strange Way Of Life (Short Film 2023)

This short film, while it's nice enough as it is, feels like the prologue to something bigger, so by the time it ends I'm left wanting more. I'd love something post-canon where they come to terms with what they are and what they might have and what they might be. It doesn't have to be pretty, I just want it to be.
I'm also a bit salty about the fact that all the steamy, hungry kissing happens with the younger actors, which feels like a lost opportunity. Come on, you have one Ethan Hawke and one Pedro Pascal at your disposal. You should know better what to do with that! (But also, I do enjoy the neck kiss & implications a lot, so you did something right.) So I do prefer them to be middle-aged rather than young, if I get to choose. But referencing something from their past or a scene set in the past to show their history are definitely welcome, don't worry.
